Gently explore your authentic voice and the benefits of vocal healing in this intimate evening taster with COSH tutor, Helen Smith. The workshop will be held in the hub's gallery space with it's specially designed acoustics - just perfect for this type of event.  The hub is located in a stunning valley on the White Esk at Langholm, a stone's throw away from Samye Ling Tibetan Buddhist Monastery.
