Do you by any chance have a 'castle in the sky' ... a dream that is calling you from somewhere in your life? Are you perhaps at a crossroads in your life or curious about what you can become? Or maybe you would simply like an opportunity to relax, unwind and recharge your batteries in the company of like minds and hearts?

If so, then we hope you will find this day of sound healing a deeply nourishing, insightful and enjoyable experience on your path.

WHAT DOES THE DAY INVOLVE?

In the morning ...

VOICESCAPING ... 'Painting Pictures with the Voice' and an opportunity to experience the magic of creating a truly unique piece of vocal art before your very eyes! (No previous experience required)

In the afternoon ...

SOUNDBATHING and an opportunity to sit back or lie down on the floor to be bathed in the blissfully relaxing sounds of gongs, crystal bowls, Himalayan singing bowls, chimes, sansula and voice.

PLEASE BRING lunch to share and a yoga mat, pillow and blanket for your comfort if you wish to lie on the floor for the soundbath.
