BLU COTTAM - Yoga and Sound

DATE : Saturday 14th July 2018

TIME : 10am-5pm

VENUE : Chambers Farm Wood Centre, Hoop Lane, Apley, near Wragby, Lincolnshire, LN8 5JR

COST : £55 for one day /if also booking for 15th July £90 for the weekend

DETAILS : A gentle Hatha Yoga session, suitable for everybody, is planned for the morning. Vocal tones will be incorporated together with colour visualisation. The deep relaxation at the end of the morning will be accompanied by a Crystal Bowl and Chimes Sound Bath.

Chakra Balance using their seed sounds and Sacred Mantra practice is planned for the afternoon as well as precious time for Meditation outdoors in Nature (either in the Woodland or in the adjoining Butterfly Garden)
