HEATHER PARKER - Transform yourself with Sound!

TIME : 10.30am - 4.30pm

DETAILS : We are going to work with our hearts and voices and discover how you can use it as a healing tool for yourself, friends and family. This can be used as a stand alone workshop or as an introduction to Sound Healing. Or, if you're already a sound healer, you can use it as a way to top up your skills and add to your CPD with the college ????

1) We'll start the day with some fab warm up exercises,

2) Toning and groaning,

3) Toning up the chakras.

-Tea break-

4) Then do a demo of a Sound healing on a willing volunteer to show how to scan the body using the voice and how to use vocal tones to send healing into parts that need it.

5) We will then do some lovely Sound healing practice with each other, using vocal tones and rattles.

-Lunch-

6) We will then explore some Sacred Chanting and sing different styles including some fabulous Sanskrit mantra work.

7) We'll do a lovely group Vocal Sound Bath to end the day.

Please bring your own lunch. There is a fridge at the venue. There will be tea and coffee provided.

Please also bring a yoga mat, blanket and cushion as we will be working on the floor.

Times are 10.30am - 4.00pm Please be prompt. You will receive a certificate of attendance.
