~ NEW YEAR LABYRINTH AND SACRED SOUND RETREAT DAY 2025 ~

At the start of the New Year, join College of Sound Healing Tutor Lina Spyrou for a relaxing day of inner peace and stillness, exploring Sacred Sound and Sacred Pathways. 

~ When we enter the ancient path of the Labyrinth magic happens. It can feel like entering a sacred healing space, a time portal, a liminal space between spaces.

~ We will learn about the Labyrinth as an ancient tool for meditation, inner pilgrimage and renewal.

~ We will experience Labyrinth Walking as a Sacred Pathway and Sacred Space for inner peace, reflection and mindfulness.

~ We will journey together into Sacred Sound and Silence, Movement and Stillness and Sacred Space and Sacred Pathways.

~ We will practice replenishing Elemental Chi Gung movement meditation exercises, connecting with our breath and the elements.

~ We will connect with our own rhythms through Sacred Dance and Movement.

~ We will enjoy guided Journeying and make our Intentions for the New Year, sounding our visions and dreams into being!

This is an accredited Workshop which is open to all and may be used as one of the two Additional Modules for the Sound Healing Trainings and also counts as 7 hours CPD.

The Venue is only 30 minutes from Kings Cross Station, and is a short walk from Oakwood Underground Station on the Piccadilly Line.

To Bring: 

Please bring Vegetarian Pot Luck Lunch to Share, any snacks, a water bottle, journal and pen and some colour pencils or felt tip pens for colouring Finger Labyrinths.

Dress warmly with layers and a Blanket/ Shawl for covering yourself.

Please bring a spare pair of clean socks for walking the Canvas indoor Peace Labyrinth
