Part One : An Introduction to Sound Healing with the Voice

The College of Sound Healing Practitioner Training with the Voice (CoSH) ® is taught in 5 parts.
Join Part One as an introduction to using your voice for healing. Connect more deeply to the power of your voice using breathing and voice exercises.
You may continue on your journey to qualify as a Sound Healing with Voice Practitioner on completion of four additional parts and all requirements.
Prerequisites: It is helpful if you are open to using your voice to sound and are in reasonable health mentally and physically. Please contact to discuss if you are uncertain.
The online training comprises five parts. Treatments taught at each part are demonstrated during the training, and practice exercises are undertaken together online. There is an emphasis on delivering distant treatments due to the nature of working online, however, case studies both in person and online treatments will be required.
The training weekends will be facilitated using the Zoom online platform, and you will receive a link for each training part in advance.
Course handouts will be available in the student portal on Anita's website.
The five parts will take you on a journey in connecting with your voice and sound for your own wellbeing and how to administer it to others. This core training primarily uses the Voice and Tuning Forks.
Additional instruments can be explored within the two additional workshops required as part of the training.
PART ONE serves as an introduction to using the voice for healing, and helps you connect to your voice with breathing and voice exercises.
FROM PART TWO students will need to become student members of the College to gain insurance to carry out case studies. It will be necessary to purchase C and G Tuning Forks at this stage.

The course is a balance of theory and practical.

Technical Requirements: You will need a working device such as a laptop or tablet that has a camera and microphone so that you can be seen and heard/see and listen You may find that headphones provide better a sound quality and a more effective learning environment You will need a minimum internet bandwidth of 600kbps and recommended is 1.5Mbps, if you are able to access YouTube/Netflix smoothly then you will be able to access Zoom A link will be emailed to you in advance of each training weekend and this will enable you to open Zoom. However, on some devices, Zoom needs to be downloaded in advance. Please ask Anta if you are unsure. For each training weekend, you will need to be able to work online in a space where you are undisturbed by others. This is important for your learning, but also for the smooth running of the course and to respect your fellow participants. Sonic Journey for The Soul - Light Language

Light Language is a new paradigm system of spiritual communication and healing that we now have access to after entering the Aquarian Age. It consists of higher dimensional vowels and symbols that are sounded, drawn or signed that connect to us on the level of our soul.

Due to the success of the pilot scheme to teach the Sound Healing Training Course via a virtual classroom, the College now offers the option to complete the training via a virtual classroom over the virtual platform Zoom. This is an interactive platform, so we’ll be able to see each other, hear each other and sound together.

COURSE REQUIREMENTS
Are the same as the in person lessons, the only additional requirements for the virtual classroom platform are that you will be required to source a volunteer to be your body, later on in the course, which can be a friend or family member. This will enable me to observe your In Person Healing technique for the Treatment we learn during the Part Two weekend and also for your final assessment after the Part Four weekend. The supervised treatment session will be carried out individually with each student after the Part Two weekend at a mutually convenient time. This will support the practical delivery of the Basic treatment where I can direct you personally and provide feedback so you can carry out your case studies with confidence.
In addition there will be two group support mentoring sessions delivered via Zoom after the Part 3 and Part 4 teaching weekend, this will take place at a mutually convenient time.The duration of these sessions will be 90mins.
Normal support and communication will be arranged periodically throughout the year's training. A large part of the support for this course is done through the feedback process during your case studies where i give tips and pointers, and answer questions that you can act on during next case study.

How to Work with Crystals and Vocal Sound Healing

This online workshop is best for those that have taken the CoSH Sound Healing with the Voice course or similar training and wish to use crystals to enhance their 1-2-1 voice healing treatments with clients. The course will introduce working with crystals, how to cleanse, sense and prepare them, as well as what crystals to choose for your clients. We will also work with crystal and vocal sound meditations.
There will then be demonstrations of how to use crystal layouts on the body based on the Basic Treatment taught at Part 2 of the CoSH voice course to clear energy stagnation, enhance energy flow and balance the chakras. There will be a second demonstration of how to use crystals alongside the voice to clear acute pain in the body.
Key elements of the day:
- How to cleanse, sense and dedicate crystals for work with clients
- Gain an idea of what crystals to choose for your clients
- Sensing and vocal sounding with your crystal through meditation
- Space clearance using crystals
- Learn a full 1-2-1 treatment using crystals and voice to cleanse and move stagnant energy and balance energy centres
- Learn how to use your voice and crystals to clear pain from the body
You will need to have access to a few hand held crystals of your choice for the sensing and meditation aspects of the workshop.
The treatments will be taught via demonstration only so you do not need crystals for this. You will be advised which crystals to obtain for your own practice after the workshop.
This workshop is recommended for those experienced in sound work. No experience of crystals is necessary.

Part One : An Introduction to Sound Healing with the Voice

Part One of the Sound Healing with the Voice 5-Part training can be taken as a standalone workshop vocal healing immersion without committing to the full training.
The online training maintains its five weekend format, where teaching of the curriculum is done as a group. Treatments taught at each part are demonstrated during the training weekends, and practice exercises are undertaken together online. There is an emphasis on delivering distant treatments due to the nature of working online, however, case studies both in person and online treatments will be required.
The training weekends will be facilitated using the Zoom online platform, and you will receive a link for each training weekend in advance.
Students will have the option of receiving their course manual either by post or PDF. Course handouts will be delivered online via email and are also available in the student portal on Alexandra's website.
Who Is This Course For?
- Those that wish to learn about Sound Healing with the Voice developed by Simon Heather. This training also covers the use of the C and G Body Tuner Tuning Forks
- Those that wish to embark on a fully accredited Sound Healing course, that provides an internationally recognised qualification for a Practitioner/Therapist of Sound Healing
- Those that wish to understand the concept of Energy Healing through Sound and how to administer it in one to one treatments
- Those that are interested in Voice Healing for personal development
- Those that wish to understand and cope with the demands of being a qualified and professional therapist in Sound Healing/Therapy
- Those that wish to undertake this type of training for their own personal learning and healing i.e. not to become a professional practitioner.

- For each training weekend, you will need to be able to work online in a space where you are undisturbed by others. This is important for your learning, but also for the smooth running of the course and to respect your fellow participants.
- After the Part 4 weekend you will need a willing participant that you can work on for your course assessment. More information on this is given during the training.
Course Cost and Payment:
The total course cost for 5 weekends including training manual = £1375 (£275 per weekend)
There are 3 payment options:
1. Pay in full at the time of booking, total course cost = Discounted rate of £1250 (Save £125)
2. Book and pay in two instalments total course cost = £1375
- First payment of £688 at the time of booking
- Second payment of £687 2 weeks before the Part 3 Training
3. If you wish to only book for Part One as a stand alone workshop - The cost for the Part One weekend is £275
If you then decide to continue with the training full payment of £1100 for the further 4 parts is required to join the Part 2 weekend (Total cost £1375)
IMPORTANT:
Please check the training dates carefully. Once you have booked, if you find you are unable to attend a weekend, then a one to one day will need to be organised to make up the teaching. In the event of this happening please note there is a surcharge of £200. Only one missed weekend per participant is permitted.

We will be meeting twice a month for three hours to dive deep into Sacred Space using Sacred Sound to open our hearts, minds and souls to the Divine within, without and all around us.
Beginning with guidance and inspiration from the light of the rising sun in the east, we will journey round the medicine wheel through the seasons and elements, exploring our emotions, our connection to the Earth and our bodies, enjoying tools for developing a peaceful mind and deeper connection to Spirit. We then move into a more metaphysical realm where we engage with the divine feminine, the divine masculine and ourselves as divine children of the cosmos. Finally, we will explore our unique individual gifts as a giveaway to benefit the world, and for the future of humanity - the evolution of consciousness.
The course consists of 3x8 hour live sessions on zoom, all recorded and available via private link only for up to a year after the course. It includes a full colour pdf manual with over 100 pages of information, class notes, exercises and images in support of the ongoing learning. It is accredited and certified for CPD by the Complimentary Medical Association. A certificate will be issued on completion of all eight parts and submission of written notes recording the unfolding of your personal journey.
A beautiful spiral bound A5 paper copy of the manual is also included which has spaces for you to write up your experiences of each session.
