ALEXANDRA RIGAZZI-TARLING - Healing Voice Immersion Workshop

DETAILS :

The intention of this day is to leave the world at the door and immerse ourselves in the sound of our healing voice.
This day is fully experiential and offers an opportunity to immerse yourself in the vibrational qualities of your authentic self via your authentic sound.

We will join in group sounding sessions to include the following:

• Movement and Vocal Warm Ups
• Vocal Toning and Vocal Play with and without Shruti box accompaniment (Voice Bathing)
• Vocal Toning Healing in pairs
• Mantra Chanting and Harmonies
• Rhythmic Sounds and Voice
• Bija Mantra and Element Meditation
• Chanting and Singing with Drums and Rattles

There will be a short morning and afternoon break as well as 45 minutes for lunch, arranged around the above sessions. Tea/Coffee and biscuits will be provided.

As a special treat we have Pareena Khairdin from Ruh Food joining us and who will prepare an optional cooked vegan and gluten free lunch offering. Those attending will be able to sign up for this after booking. See Pareena's website and gorgeous food here.

This day is NOT entry level, but is suitable for curious beginners that are happy to be guided along and be introduced into the world of healing voice.

This day is suitable for those wishing to:

• take a retreat from daily life and immerse themselves in blissful vocal sound
• refresh aspects of the College of Sound Healing Voice Practitioner Course
• experience voice, voice bathing and meditation for healing
• experience tools and techniques for using the voice for healing
• gain 6 hours CPD and a certificate if required
• have a fun and gentle day with like minded souls
• reconnect with fellow voice healers on a regular basis
