INTRODUCTION TO GONGS, TUNING FORKS, VOICE IMMERSION WORKSHOP

DETAILS : The aim is to escape into an immersion of sounds and vibrations with a nourishing day exploring potentially new skills, and/or discovering new ways to combine them to enrich your existing healing toolkit.

The day is experiential and will consist of group and partnered sessions.

• Movement and Vocal Warm-Ups
• Vocal Toning and Vocal Play with and without Shruti box accompaniment (Voice Bathing)
• Using Tuning Forks to clear the energy fields and aura and for grounding
• Using Tuning Forks for space clearing
• Experiencing playing Gongs in small groups
• A group exercise to explore ways to combine Tuning Forks, Gongs, and Voice

There will be a short morning and afternoon break as well as 60 minutes for lunch, arranged around the above sessions. Tea/Coffee and biscuits will be provided. Please bring lunch, there is a fridge at the venue. Parking in surrounding streets.

Who Should Attend: This workshop is ideal for sound healers, energy workers, holistic therapists, and meditation guides looking to expand their practice with sound and vibration. Prior experience in sound healing or having attended my sound workshops is recommended.

It is a great way to reconnect with like-minded people in a supportive and healing environment.

What you need to bring: Biosonic Body Tuners C and G Aluminium tuning forks. Available from www.soundtravels.co.uk

Additional Information There will be a certificate of attendance issued for 6hrs CPD if required. The workshop also qualifies towards the additional course requirement to complete the practitioner training with CoSH.
