Reflective practice what is it and how can this improve my work with Clients and your own Development. In my garden studio lunch included. 

My background is teacher, social worker, family therapist and life coach. I studied at Leeds University in a post graduate Reflective Practitioner Certificate for my work with undergraduate youth workers. I use reflective practice whilst working with my clients and students. 

This day will be spent looking at what it is how you can use it to improve your practice. Why? As therapists we often work alone and in the last 20 years of using this tool I have found it to be very beneficial in re-framing looking at strategies to achiieve  how to self assess.

Please prepare for this workshop with real examples names changed please. This workshop is with a view to setting up a zoom reflective practitioners group to give people the opportunity to enquire reflect and move forward with their work. Hopefully setting up an online forum for support and growth as I did in youth work.
