Finding Centre and Finding Self - With Sound Healing and Vocal Tai Chi

Life can be such a whirlwind of hectic busyness, stress, worry, anxiety, responsibilities, expectations, joys and disappointments. All of this constant activity and ‘noise’ can be overwhelming, can unbalance us, confuse and distract us from what’s important to us, and spin us out and away from our centre and sense of self. 

Throughout this weekend we will explore ways to find some calm and balance, and to re-centre. More than this, we will practice various ways to find a deeper sense of ourselves within this storm, using breath, sound healing, and the wonderful practice of Vocal Tai Chi.​​

Sunday

• Toning and Tuning the Energy System

Vocal Tai Chi

This wonderful practice is a way of working with the self through the relationship to one's own voice. Our voice contains everything we are: our identity, origin, our mental, emotional and physical states, and even our ancestry. Connecting with the flow of energy in breath and body, I will guide you through ways to engage and open your voice. From grounded, centred presence, you will initiate an ever deepening exploration of yourself within your sound. Vocal Tai Chi is a highly intuitive embodied practice, welcoming all sounds as valuable parts of us to be witnessed and honoured. It truly is liberating and can open us up to new levels of truth, expression, release, healing and integration.​
