BLU COTTAM - Sound And Colour For Health And Deepening Self Connection

COST : £150 for the weekend. A deposit of £75 will secure your place, the remainder to be paid by 15th November.

DETAILS :

On the first day of this weekend workshop we will be exploring the power of Light through its emanations of rainbow colours in our daily lives, bringing us physical strength, emotional wellbeing, and uplifting our spirit, especially in combination with our beautiful voice and other acoustic instruments. We will look at how we can bring colour into play within a Sound Healing Treatment and also how we can integrate the use of colour and sound into our everyday life, truly upgrading our daily experience of being human (hue-man) !

On the second day we will take our exploration to a soul level, learning about the Language of Colour and the implications of our personal colour choices as supportive indicators of our possible potential, strengths and challenges in this lifetime. We will also explore the qualities of our voices to find our personal most resonant tone. Working in pairs using colour and sound together will provide the opportunity to get to know ourselves more deeply and find helpful revelations for enhancing our lives and progress upon our Path going forward.

The venue is in a rural location with no local shops, so you will need to bring a packed lunch and personal drinking water.
