This one day 'How to run a group Gong bath' workshop at the beautiful Bristol Buddhist Centre, will be a day of deepning your Gong playing and gaining real confidence in yourself as a group gong bath practitioner.   A safe and nurturing environment, we will be exploring ways of playing and connecting in and beyond, in order to offer Sound to others in a group setting.

This will be a very hands on course with lots of playing and sharing and by the end of the day, you will feel confident and ready to radiate.

Along with the gongs, we will be working with voice, singing bowls, chimes and some other instruments to add layers to the sound bath experience.

Please bring a thick mat, blanket, pillow as you will be receiving a Gong Bath during the workshop.  Please also bring a notebook and pen and something vegetarian to share for lunch.

Bristol Buddhist Centre is a beautiful space in the heart of Bishopston, full of light and high vibrations.
