This Gong Intensive workshop is a deep dive into working with the Gong as a powerful and transformational healing tool.

The workshop is very hands on, filled to the brim with gong playing and learning.

Suitable for beginners and those with previous experience of using the Gong, all are welcome, as we discover ever more layers and complexities to our playing.

By the end of the weekend, you will have deepend your connection with these magical instruments and be confident to hold a seated gong bath.

Please bring a thick mat, blanket, pillow as you will be receiving a Gong Bath during the weekend.  Please also bring a notebook and pen and something vegetarian to share for lunch.

Bristol Buddhist Centre is a beautiful space in the heart of Bishopston, full of light and high vibrations.
