Join us for a 4-day, 3-night immersive journey into the power of sound, frequency, and deep inner exploration. Held in the historic, high-resonance landscape of Glastonbury, this retreat is designed for anyone looking to combine vocal alchemy, guided meditation, and shamanic journeying as tools for self-expression, personal transformation, and daily self-regulation.

As one of your tutors, I will be guiding you through practical vocal techniques, meditative journeys, and site-based sound practices across the area's most iconic sacred locations.

What the Journey Includes:

Sound and Vocal Alchemy: Learn practical, life-long sound tools—including Vocal Harmonics, Toning, Light Language, and Sound Journaling—to clear blocks and shift your personal vibration.

Guided Meditation and Shamanic Journeying: Experience deep, guided inner work and shamanic practices to connect with the land, rewrite old patterns, and anchor your highest intentions.

Acoustic and Sacred Site Explorations: Engage with the unique acoustics and energy of Glastonbury Tor, the White Spring, and Glastonbury Abbey, featuring a private Voice Activation Ceremony at the Mary Magdalene Chapel and private after-hours access to the Chalice Well Gardens.

Designed for Every Level:

Beginners will learn simple, gentle techniques to comfortably open up their vocal and meditative expression.

Experienced practitioners can deepen their practice in powerful, historic settings.

Passive participants are completely welcome to simply rest, receive, and bathe in the healing frequencies and guided meditations of the group container.
