Our Tutors

Annette is a musician, intuitive, and sound healer who moves with high vibrational, high dimensional frequencies in a down to earth way to create spaces of love, warmth, and energetic flow. 

Annette has been connecting with sound, seeing energy and colour since early childhood.  She studied music at Trinity Coilege of Music and has experienced many healing aspects. She has found that all lead back to emptiness of self so that healing can occur. 

Annette was first played by the gong in 2000, an experience that she could not leave behind and in 2013, she began studying with the wonderful Sheila Whittaker. As a CoSH tutor now, Annette  holds and supports in an expansive, loving, nourishing and life experienced way.

Along with incorporating the practical and scientific aspects of sound healing, Annette's main emphasis is on connecting to the infinite heart space and beyond, bearing witness to what flows through us.

Annette guides and supports others to connect in with their own magic and infinite healing realms themselves. Through intuition, gentle guidance, and heart centered presence, she helps students connect deeply with their innate inner wisdom, warrior energy, expanding awareness and inner musician. 

Working with sound in this way is a deep practice and participants will be entering into a transformational journey of their own.  Sound has a way of dissolving the outworn, shedding heavy skins. Rooted in love, spreading healing beyond time and space.

Alongside her Gong and Sound work in Bristol and beyond,  Annette holds regular Gong Intensive Weekend Workshops in Bristol and Glastonbury as well as Gong Practitioner Training Course
