About the Course:

In this course, you'll delve into the ancient practice of sound healing, focusing specifically on harnessing the healing potential of your voice. Each week will be a rich blend of experiential learning, self-exploration, and communal support.

We will use ancient and contemporary sounds and songs, devotional chants, poetry, and movement, all held within the container of deep listening. 

These simple yet profound tools will take you on a journey to discover your very own embodied, authentic voice, your unique  and essential sound beyond criticism and self-judgement.

You’ll discover the essential interplay of silence and sound as you learn to listen, witness, sound, heal, and liberate what's been held inside — dissolving emotional memories held in tissues.

You'll learn tools that will help you navigate life's ups and downs, a support you can create for yourself and rely on to get you through.
