DETAILS : Come and experience the vibration of the 38” Earth Gong. Let the sound of the gong transport you to a safe space where your body can be relaxed by the sound and silence. Discover a place of inner healing and balance.

Please bring a pillow and a blanket/yoga mat so you can lie down for the gong bath.

Teas and biscuits will be available at the end of the session.

MODULE ONE SACRED DRUMMING PRACTITIONER TRAINING

DETAILS : Pen Y Cwm Workshops is an organic smallholding situated on the Welsh borders. The Barn is Ideal for making our Drum and Rattle . The TiPi will serve as our teaching-sharing circle.

Times : Saturday 10am-5pm / Sunday 10am-4pm

Course Fee: £1.000 + £120 for drum & rattle making materials.

A non-refundable deposit of £320 (includes the drum & rattle making materials) is required to secure your place. Remaining cost per module is £160 payable 2 weeks before each module.

This cost does not include accommodation. A list of B&B's is available.

Please bring a packed lunch , or food to share. Drinks and snacks will be provided. Please wear comfortable clothing.
