There will be a variety of sticks to choose from or you can bring your own (talk to me first about size please). The rattles are made from deerskin. You will produce a template cut out and make your rattle. This will be done in Sacred Space. As the rattle head will need to dry out, you will need to come back to finish off securing the head a couple of days later or be shown how to do this via zoom in your own home. In this day you will learn how you can work with your rattle, please wear old clothing.

In this workshop you will gain an understanding of the principles of the Medicine Wheel. You will learn - How to Smudge with Sacred Sage , How to protect yourself whilst journeying, we willbe working in the world of nature for our Journeying day. Journey for a Power Animal,  a Spirit Guide do a joint Journey and completing this workshop by building your own healing space. You will be given your teacher crystal for your own medicine wheel. This course will then enable you to join one of my journeying circles.

 How to run a Safe Sound Bath Training in beautiful Northumberland.

Sound is very powerful being trusted by participants to deliver a Safe and Spiritually calming Sound Bath is a great honour. In thiis weekend you will learn about safety for yourself and youre participants. What is a safe volume level how to spot any difficulties that may occur, How to begin and end a Sound Bath. Use of youre voice, What instuments to choose work with themes. Understand youre role as facilitator to enhance youre participants experience. 

   

Chris is a trained Primary School teacher  Youth Worker, Yoga and Yoga Nidra teacher besides offering many other therapies and Hypnotherapyand holds an MA in reflective practice and has been working with sound for more than two decades.

Accommodation Morpeth Inn at £40 per night bed and breakfast is 4 miles from Bedlington there is a train station there.  Vegetarian Evening Meal is available with me at a nominal rate of £5. We now have a train station in Bedlington station where I live it is the Northumberland line running from Newcasstle to Ashington Northumberland,

We will be working with the chakras and crystals. Learn about the history and application of the bowls and how they can be used therapeutically for self and others. Learn about their use in Sound Baths. This is a hands on workshop, if you have any bowls please bring them along.
