Join us for a fun day filled with lots of information of working with Crystals, the Quartz Family, programming your crystals, crystal meditation, colour and sound, toning, using crystals, colour and sound.  Lots of hands on healing with your fellow students, working with selenite, and lots more.  come along and start your journey using crystals and sound in Healing.

AN INTRODUCTION TO WORKING WITH THE VOICE

A fun day introducing you to working with the Voice, we will work as a group over the day, learning voice warm ups, what is sound healing and how does it work on the Human Energy System.  We will look a little at the Energy System and how using sound we can work using the voice to bring balance back into energy and physical body.  We will be working with toning the chakras, the importance of the correct breathing patterns, and the importance of listening.  We will be doing meditations, free toning, toning a persons name and the importance of grounding.  We will have a great day of sounding together, no experience is required, as we will take you on a journey of using your voice for yourself and others.  A small manual will be provided.

 

INTRODUCTION TO WORKING WITH CRYSTAL & HIMALAYAN BOWLS

Come and join us for a day of Sound Healing using the Crystal Bowls and Himalayan Bowls.  How Sound Healing works, the energy system and sound, introduction to Crystal Bowls, how to play them mindfully in a healing enviroment, hands on with the bowls.  Himalayan Bowls, their history, types of Bowls (good and bad), how to play them mindfully, hands on with the bowls using them for healing with your fellow students.  A fun day full of beautiful sounds and an introduction to both of these types of healing tools. After this introduction, we do offer full practitioner training which you may be interested in at a later date.  Come and learn in this relaxed environment with Rob and June who have been tutors for the College for many years.
