DETAILS : Anetta was asked by a fellow sound healing tutor who would like to train with her to bring the course to her studio in London. Learn how to run a laughter club mindfully even when people don't feel laughing or how to corporate laughter as a therapy in your own healing practice. Many times we don't feel like laughing, the sessions starts with gentle sounds & releasing stress. You don't need to laugh if you don't want to. We do laughter sounds as an exercise, the body doesn't know the difference between real laughter and laughter sounds. When we laugh longer than 10 minutes the good feel hormones start a natural healing in the body & it is a natural pain killer, people on laughter therapy have known taking less pain killers then before taking on laughter.

Laughter yoga involves laughter games, connecting to your inner child, gentle movements (no yoga poses involved, anyone can do it), laughter meditation, healing pain with laughter, deep breathing, opening up creativity (making up new games) & every session finishes with relaxation / yoga nidra.

WHY LAUGHTER?

Laughter

*Boosts the immune system. Laughing improves the body’s natural defense mechanism by increasing the amount of immunoglobulin’s and T cells in the body.

*Reduces the risk of heart disease. Laughing expands the inner walls of the arteries which increases the ability of blood to flow around the body.

*Reduces blood pressure: When you laugh, the blood flow increases, circulation improves & your blood pressure rises. When you stop laughing, your blood pressure drops back to its baseline. This relaxing effect helps to lower your baseline blood pressure.
