Tuning Forks Introductory Workshop

One-Day Practical Introduction

Join us for a one-day introductory workshop dedicated to the fascinating world of tuning forks. This hands-on session is designed for beginners and enthusiasts alike, offering an overview of the history, science, and practical applications of tuning forks in sound therapy and wellness.

Throughout the day, participants will learn how tuning forks work, explore  techniques for using them, and discover their potential benefits for relaxation and wellbeing.

The workshop includes live demonstrations, opportunities for guided practice, and plenty of time for questions and discussion. All necessary equipment will be provided, and no prior experience is required.

By the end of the day, attendees will have gained some theoretical knowledge and practical skills to confidently use tuning forks for themselves

AN INTRODUCTION TO WORKING WITH CRYSTAL AND HIMALAYAN BOWLS

Join me for a practical hands on day to learn a little about working with Crystal and Himalayan Bowls . This is great if you are just intrigued by how the bowls work , Have a Bowl at home for meditation /yoga and are not sure how to use it , Or are considering joining me for the Bowl Practitioner course and would just like a taster day to see if we can work well together . 

The day will start with a little history of the Bowls and how thay are used . Before lunch I will demonstrate how to use the crystal Bowls and you will have some time to try for yourself . After lunch I will show you the basics of using Himalayan Bowls and you can practice using them . You can then pair up and do a mini session for each other . 

At the end of the day there will be time to relax while i create a gentle Sound Journey for you so that you can see how they all work together to bring you into a deeply relaxed state . 

During this practical day there will be plenty of time to ask questions and gain individual support and encouragement with your playing .
