Would you like to learn how to play crystal bowls for yourself or for sound bath meditations? 

Would you like to learn about the different types of crystal bowls and how to the choose right one for you? 

If yes, then come and join this workshop for a fun day exploring crystal bowls.

This is a one day workshop during which we will look at the origini of crystal bowls and the various types available.  

We will learn how to cleanse the bowls and review playing techniques.

Practise giving and receiving a crystal bowl sound bath.
