Danielle North is a UK-based international executive coach and facilitator with over two decades of experience working with senior leaders and teams across more than twenty countries. Her professional expertise spans executive coaching, leadership development, team facilitation, coach supervision and organisational transformation.

With a strong operational background, Danielle spent many years immersed in the corporate world before founding Pause Global, a specialist training company offering transformative retreats and coaching programmes designed to help leaders avoid burnout and reconnect with purpose.

Prior to launching her own business, Danielle lived and worked in Asia, where she was the Managing Director of a pioneering coaching company and an award-winning change management consultancy. Over the past 20 years, she has become a trusted advisor to executives seeking greater meaning in both their professional and personal lives. A six-times published author, Danielle’s books have sold over 100,000 copies worldwide and have been translated into more than ten languages.

Alongside her corporate work, Danielle has been on a deeply personal journey of spiritual development for over two decades, guided by a connection to, and instructions from, the Dream.

This lifelong exploration ultimately led her to the healing power of sound. As a tutor, she brings together her experience with gongs, voice work and meditation to offer an integrative and intuitive approach to sound healing.
