BLU COTTAM - Part One : An Introduction to Sound Healing with the Voice

COST : £220 payable in full two weeks before each of the 5 weekends (making a total of £1100 spread through the year) or payment ahead for the course at £990

A stand alone weekend introduction that also comprises the first of the five parts of the College of Sound Healing "Practioner of Sound Healing with the Voice" training, spread through the year ahead with a certificate of validation to practice granted on successful completion of all criteria (full details on Blu's website) On this first weekend, prepare to explore the healing power of the voice, how it may be used for mental health as well as physical, emotional and spiritual wellbeing...learn about the use of sound and the voice since ancient times as a wonderful tool for sacred purposes and healing. An important aspect of this first weekend is learning how to use sound to clear and refine your voice so that it becomes a beautiful tool for giving healing. You will also learn how to balance the chakras with sound, how using sound can take you more easily into meditation, how to give greater power for affirmations to work, learn sacred chants from different spiritual traditions, and explore the wonder of harmonics as carriers of calming, centering and healing energy. This is the beginning of a great journey of discovery that will enable you to help yourself and others with specific protocols of Sound Healing to address every level of our being... body, mind, spirit and soul. The dates for the course are as follows: Part One 16th/17th September 2023 Part Two 16th/17th December 2023 Part Three 16th/17th March 2024 Part Four 15th/16th June 2024 Part Five 16th/17th November 2024 Refreshments will be provided but you will need to bring a packed lunch. Also, please wear comfortable clothing bearing in mind that each day will begin with some gentle stretches. Accommodation is not included.
