DETAILS :

This is a day of Self Indulgence. In the morning there is the opportunity to relax to the sounds of the Crystal Bowls, Koshi Chimes,Solfeggio Forks, Himalayan Bowls and the Drum. We will use our senses to connect with a Flower/Plant, then you will Journey with that flower to explore 'what Inner Weeds need removing and what in you is Emerging'.

Using craft, the afternoon encourages you to work with your findings in the Journey to create something that shows;

'what weeds you have discovered, what in you is emerging and how might you manage the changes'
